Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026. For customers and callers located in the European Union, the French/EU privacy policy applies, including GDPR rights and our EU representative.
1. Who we are
Teluvio is provided by JM Family Vision ENT LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 5610 Tangerine Avenue South, Gulfport, FL 33707, USA. Questions about this policy or your information: [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Account information — name, email, phone number of account users; company details (legal name, EIN or registration); billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers).
Call data — when the assistant answers a call: the caller's phone number, an audio recording of the call, its transcript, and the content of the request. We process this data as a service provider on behalf of the business you called, which decides why and for how long it is kept. A recording disclosure is played at the start of every call.
Usage and website data — service usage metrics, and cookies per your choices in the cookie banner, for two purposes chosen separately: audience measurement (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google Tag Manager and Meta's pixel), which measures how well our campaigns on Facebook and Instagram perform. These services may transfer data to the United States.
Enquiries and sign-ups — the name, email, company, phone number and message you enter in the contact form, the information request or the sign-up; and, only if you accepted analytics cookies, where your first visit came from (campaign, referring site, landing page) and your browser's Google Analytics identifier. We use them to answer you and to follow up on your request or on a sign-up you started.
We do not knowingly collect information from children; the Service is business-only.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Service: answering calls, delivering summaries and transcripts to the business you called, lead qualification, notifications
- To operate accounts and billing
- To secure, maintain, and improve the Service
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use call content for advertising.
4. Who we share information with
Service providers acting on our instructions under data processing agreements, all hosting data in the European Union: Supabase (database), Railway (hosting), Telnyx (telephony), Mistral AI (language processing), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email). A third-party service a business connects to its own account (its Google or Microsoft calendar) is that business's provider, not ours. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Call recordings — your choices
Every call begins with a disclosure that the call is handled by an AI assistant and may be recorded. Recording is necessary for the assistant to work; if you do not wish to be recorded, you may hang up. You may request deletion of an existing recording from the business you called, or by emailing [email protected], and we will relay your request to that business without undue delay.
6. Data retention
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the period the business you called sets in its account settings. Account data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship and until the business requests deletion of its account, from its settings or at [email protected]; deletion takes effect 7 days after confirmation, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., billing records). Enquiries and unfinished sign-ups are kept for 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted automatically.
7. Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at [email protected]. We honor these requests regardless of your state of residence. Cookie preferences can be changed anytime via the "Manage cookies" link.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit, access controls, per-customer data isolation, and logging.
9. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be announced on the website and, for customers, in the application.
The terms of the Service are the Terms of Service.
