Terms of Service
Effective date: August 1, 2026. These Terms apply to U.S. customers only; customers subscribing for a business established in the EU are governed by the French CGV.
1. Who we are
The Teluvio service (the "Service") — an AI phone assistant for businesses in any sector — is provided by JM Family Vision ENT LLC, a Florida limited liability company, registration number L24000257765, with its principal place of business at 5610 Tangerine Avenue South, Gulfport, FL 33707, USA ("Teluvio," "we," "us").

2. Business use only
The Service is offered exclusively to businesses (companies and independent professionals in any sector). By subscribing, you represent that you are acting for business purposes, that you have authority to bind your company (subscription must be completed by an account administrator), and you agree to provide accurate business identification (legal name, EIN or equivalent).
3. Free trial and subscription
Each new subscription includes a 7-day free trial, cancelable at any time at no charge. Unless canceled during the trial, the paid subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial.
4. Fees and billing
4.1. Fees are stated in U.S. dollars, exclusive of any applicable taxes, per the plans published on the pricing page at the time of subscription. Where sales tax applies, it will be added to the invoice.
4.2. Billing is monthly, in advance, charged automatically to the payment method on file (processed by Stripe). Invoices are available in your account.
4.3. Call usage is metered per 30-second increment started, within the terms and limits of your plan.
4.4. We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
5. Term, renewal, and cancellation
5.1. Subscriptions run month-to-month and renew automatically.
5.2. You may cancel at any time, self-service, from your billing portal. No justification is required.
5.3. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The current month remains due in full — no prorated refunds — and no further charges will be made.
5.4. We may suspend or terminate your account for unpaid fees not cured within 15 days of notice, or for material breach of these Terms.
6. Call recording — your responsibilities
6.1. Calls handled by the assistant may be recorded and transcribed to deliver the Service (call summaries, lead qualification, message delivery). The assistant plays a recording disclosure at the start of every call.
6.2. Call recording laws vary by state, and several states (including Florida and California) require the consent of all parties. You agree (a) not to disable or circumvent the recording disclosure, and (b) to comply with all recording and telemarketing laws applicable to your use of the Service. You are responsible for your own compliance obligations toward your customers and callers.
7. Service availability
The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. No specific uptime or SLA is guaranteed. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to third-party providers (telephony, hosting, AI).
8. Disclaimers
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED RESPONSES AND TRANSCRIPTS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING INFORMATION BEFORE ACTING ON IT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELUVIO'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL TELUVIO BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES OR CUSTOMERS, OR LOSS OF DATA.
10. Data
Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data from your account at any time (CSV, XLSX, JSON) and request deletion of your business account; deletion takes effect after a 7-day period during which it can be cancelled. Upon termination of the subscription, your account and data remain accessible until such a request, subject to legal retention obligations (billing records).
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Updated Terms are presented to an account administrator for acceptance at their next login. If you do not accept, you may cancel under Section 5.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Miscellaneous
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the pricing page, and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Service.
